Delivery & Returns
Yes. We offer international delivery to anywhere around the world. For 3 items or less the shipping cost is £15 & 3 items or more the cost increases to £25.
No, unfortunately we are not able offer exchanges with any order. If the size you've ordered isn't suitable then please return for a refund & place a new order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please use the 'Start A Return' link on our delivery & returns page which can be found here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We don't offer the ability to exchange an item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your item along with the tracking number for your order.
If you are struggling to find it, please send us an email with your order number & we can resend that information for you
Your order number will be listed just above the billing & delivery address in your order confirmation email.
It will begin with CC followed by a series of numbers.
You can open a return request with us to send your item back for a refund.
If you want to try a different size please place a new order.
All our UK based orders will be posted with Royal Mail.
For international orders they will be shipped with DHL Express
We are an online e-commerce company selling cuban heeled footwear. We have been manufacturing & selling Club Cubano boots since 2016, we have carefully selected our suppliers, materials & styles to ensure our customers receive the best quality products from us.
You can check out with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & Google Pay which are powered by Shopify payments.
We also offer PayPal where you can use your PayPal account to complete the purchase. PayPal often offers credit or a split in 3 payment option to its customers. This offering solely depends on your account with PayPal and we have no control over this.

If it is going to come back into stock in the future there will be the option to set up a back in stock notification.
When you add in your email address we will email you when the item returns to stock. You can select the exact size you are looking for.
